I have tried to combine as many objects, walls, and floors 
together in as few zips  as possible. Some zips are very large 
and may take a few minutes to download with a modem.

If you downloaded the Creep Haunted Homestead  in 2004 
it's a good idea to redownload the Dead Trees, Invisible 
Lamp Set, Old Worn Piano, and Spider on this same page 
and allow them to overwrite the older files.
When you are ready to download the lot, click the image to the left.  Choose the 
neighborhood, and extract the lot following this path:

C:/ProgramFiles/Maxis/TheSims/UserData#ofNeighborhood/Houses

Remember: This downtown lot belongs on lot 21.  It will over write any building
already existing on that lot.
