When you are ready to download the lot, click the image to the 
left.  Choose the neighborhood, and extract the lot following this path:

C:/ProgramFiles/Maxis/TheSims/UserData#ofNeighborhood/Houses

Remember: This house belongs on lot 68.  It will over write any
house already existing on that lot.
