I  have yet another theme lot created just for us by Tammy. Since it's Valentine's Day, this large house 
for Deluxe players is all decked out in rose and heart theme decor. If you don't play Deluxe, remember
that you can download the new theme walls, floors and objects without downloading the lot. Find the 
preview of the In Love With Roses House starting on the Theme Homes home page.

autumn color scheme and lots of room for you to add your own personal touch. This lot comes to

Rustic Habitat house lot!  It's an "open air" house just right for any "outdoorsey" Sim.  Link to it from the

And there's a new family that can move in right away at The FantaSim Tales.  This is only the first lot in 
this series. Look for matching lots for Downtown and a Vacation!

I've got a new themee lot this month. I know it's late, but I also know that some people like St. Patrick's 
Day enough to want a theme house for their Sims, and now you can with The Shamrock House! This lot, 
created by Redl013, comes with many user created objects, some especially made for the lot,  that you 
can download separately even if you don't want the lot itself. See a preview and link to the lot from the 
Theme Homes menu page. 
And while you're here, please take  the poll and let me know what type of lots you'd like for this site. 
I've got plenty of space to add more, I've got several lots waiting to be completed, but I really want to 
know your needs, your likes, and what's on your wish list before I'll add them. So don't be shy! Vote

those of you who have shabby run down Sims! This lot, created by Seabreeze, winner of the 2004 "This 
Old House" lot challenge, comes with many user created objects that you can download separately even

Happy NEW YEAR!

Not only that, but this is my anniversary month so I have planned new lots for you that will be coming 
sometime very soon.

I got an update for you and it's a big one! Many players now have all of the expansion packs and there are so many of us 
who love dark and gothic theme families. Therefore, in keeping with the season, I've brought 
you three new Makin' Magic theme lots! The Creepy Corners Old Town lot, the Mr. Bone's Creepy Hangout 
Downtown lot, and the Creep's  Lodge and Resort  Vacation lot all match the Creep Haunted Homestead 
that I brought you last year. You  can find them from the appropriate preview page for each area starting 
on the Lots  Home page (get the Creep Haunted Homestead from the beginning at Theme Homes!).

Oh, VERY IMPORTANT! Due to some user created objects that are no longer available on the web, the 
Creep Haunted Homestead has been remade. Not only that, but I found out that the piano was missing 
from the zip! So, if you downloaded the lot and all of the associated files  last  year, it's a good idea to get 
it again this year and extract the new files into your game.

Finally, an update! I know I'm late with something new, but I lost my hard drive and with it many, many, many new files! Hopefully some of them can be retrieved from 
the original sources and I can have more lots up for you soon. What I do have for you today is the return of the Spring Habitat! Find it by linking to the Habitat preview page. 
This is the home of the Spring Fairies, and if you're looking for them, you can find them at The FantaSim Tales. Or, get one of the new Pixie families and move them in instead!
The Spring Tour Of Homes will featured here soon. If you have a lot already, why not upload pictures of it to The FantaSim and enter the contest? You just may win some 
neat object prizes! You have to be a member to enter and you can get moreinformation at the group.

We had a lot challenge at The FantaSim group, the Winter/Christmas Theme of Homes, and you can view the winning lots here. Sorry, these lots are not for download, 
they're simply here for viewing. For more information on where you can get the objects that you see in the photos, join the group and send a message to the designer.  
I should have a couple of new lots for you soon, but I'm spending more time at The FantaSim Tales next month preparing for a very large update of fantasy and nature 
theme objects. So look for the new lots near the end of January.

I've been uploading returned seasonal objects and some new objects to The FantaSim Tales and for my group members, and have neglected Sim Lots.  Well, here are two 
rugs for you featuring an original image by PsychoFairy. Thanks to Boo of Gone But Not Forgotten Sims for making the rug object for me. Simply click the correct link 
below the image for either a 3x3 or 4x4 rug for your Sims to enjoy. Find the original image as a wall painting on the Original Decor section of the site. See everyone next

I have another NEW lot for you this month.  I've been working on t for weeks and meant to have it ready before Halloween, but "Real Life" got in the way. However, I know 
I'm not the only one who loves dark creepy haunted homes for their dark creepy Sims, so here is the Creep Haunted Homestead! It's a Makin' Magic lot and make sure 
that you have all the other expansion packs as well. I've made fourteen Brand New Objects for this lot and other "File Share" Friendly items that you can download 
directly from this site. To get started, link to the Lots home page and then go directly to Theme Homes.

The Mosaic Study is in green and Autumn colors! These objects come to us from my friend, and new crafter, Spiffy. I added a couple of matching items to make it an even 
larger set! You'll find all the pieces on page 2 of the Livingroom-Den section under Furniture. I sure do hope you like this set for your Sim's den. Also, the Midnight 
objects that were corrupted during the move have been replaced, so if you wanted the Door and Window set, Table and Chair set, and the Counters, separately or with the 
Islander Habitat, they are all now available again! And the Forester Habitat is back! You can download all the objects, walls and floors that are in the lot directly on the

A new lot and a returned lot for you today! The Astronaut's Delight is a fantastic sci-fi theme lot by Lisa, aka itsmeimlost.  And I brought back the Garden of Eden! Both 
lots come with separate downloads that you can get even if you don't want the lot! If you downloaded the Garden  before, re-download and extract to your game allowing the 
new lot to overwrite the old lot with your Sims in the lot. The old lot did not have the Tree of Knowledge and the Tree of Life. Sorry that it took me so long to figure out 
what was going on. Boy was I shocked when I looked inside the zip one day to find it did not have the correct objects in it!

Welcome to the Grand Re-Opening of Sim Lots!
I've added three new themes to the Decor section: Kids, Pop, and Originals. You'll find some decor just perfect for children's rooms, plus modern and contemporary wall 
posters, and images that will look great in the living room or kitchen.  Also there are some more African theme wall decor on the Ethnic/Naturepages.  There's also a new 
lot, the Peach Mansion by Ron Ray, Second Place winner in the "My Magnificent Mansion" Lot Challenge at The FantaSim Group. There's a new theme lot challenge

FINALLY, Sim Lots has a new design, new downloads and is on it's own domain! I'm still adding new stuff and bringing back older  stuff, so please bare with me as I get 
Sim Decor and Sim Lots combined. Hope you like the new look. It should also be easier to navigate and find stuff. Feedback, I need feedback, so don't forget to get in 
contact with me through my guest book or Join the FantaSim Group, my Yahoo group, and get in touch with me there! Bookmark the new domain address and check back 
frequently.  There's more lots and object downloads just waiting to be added!
